Hon. Olayiwola Abdulrahman Akeem mobilse Surulerian's for APC Party membership card

 



The Supervisor for Finance, Surulere Local Government took it upon himself as a point of duty, by going round Surulere to sensitize his constituents to get them aware of the importance of registering for the forthcoming APC Party membership registration, which would serve as one of the basis to participate in the party politics and electing our preferred choice in any electioneering procees.


Unarguably, Hon. Olayiwola is one of the exceptional supervisor who have been effectively discharging his duties and it is obvious in the positive feedback coming from the florescent of Surulere that his tenacity and qualities viscous is needed at the floor of the house as a legislator.


As his office demands for, his department is one of the heart of government in Surulere and is central to implementing government policy, advising and supporting the economic management of the local government, and the overall development of the public sector.


It is one of the sole responsibility of Supervisor for Finance to examining the public expenditure of the government, carrying out value-for-money studies of the economy and scrutinising the effectiveness and efficiency by which government departments use their resources.


Equally, he says: it is essential for him to build a political support across all government departments and to factorise citizens on the needs of having their party membership card.


Also, by highlighting the economic and social benefit that exist alongside the finance department and environmental department in our local government, by investing in natural capital, through restoration, and environmental management can achieve mainstream public policy goals in a timely fashion, such as economic growth, job creation and food security


Therefore, Hon. Olayiwola further says: his office is a central role in both auditing local government finance and providing the fundamental data on which government policy is based.


For this end, our party is recognized with her democratic principles, and it is imperative for us to get our membership card for the purpose of participating freely in election and to also get the opportunity to be voted for, if interested in becoming the flag bearer of the party, our party, our responsibility. Hon. Olayiwola opined.

BREAKING: FG Orders NDLEA to Stop Recruitment Exercise

The Federal Government through the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, has directed the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) to put screening of 5,000 new recruits on hold. The ordered was contained in a statement Friday night by Dayo Apata, Solicitor General of the Federation. Apata is also the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Justice. NDLEA had asked the candidates to go to the agency’s academy, Citadel Counter-Narcotics Nigeria, (CCNN) at Katton-Rikkos, Jos, Plateau State. They are to appear for the screening and documentation exercise between January 10 and 23, 2021.
